Review:

Sham Shui Po is a small and old area in Hong Kong, but there are many special and delicious food that you may find there. One of the most famous restaurants is highly recommended. Wai Kee Noodles Cafe must be your first choice, pig's liver noodles and Kaya Toast are the most famous in this restaurant. When you walk in this cafe, you will notice that all their customers only order these two dishes, you may be shocked that why pig's livers can be a dish. In traditional culture in China, viscous are cheaper than meat, very healthy and easy to be cooked in meals. Moreover, the soup of these noodles boiled for many years already. You can choose different food, such as beef, pork chop etc. It really delicious, you should try once! Our Hong Kong Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang also visited this cafe. Added to that, you may also try the egg and ham sandwich, because it is fresh and well known.
