Review:

Wah Fai is situated opposite to the Tai Po new market, it was established several decades ago. Honestly, I am a glutton, that’s why I travelled an hour to go there to try its famous dish – Apple pie and Chicken Pie. Their Apple Pie is made with a Fuji Apple, Red Delicious and Rum mix; while the Chicken Pie is made with sliced chickens and ham, green beans, mushrooms and cream sauce. The fresh Apple Pies are baked to order and each pie is very big and full of stuffing. It only costs $9 per piece and $54 for a whole pie. As you bite into the Apple Pies, the stuffing will overflow into your mouth, giving you a feeling of warmth and sweetness. I am definitely going to visit Wah Fai again to have their Apple Pies and Chicken Pies.
