Review:

This is a small and traditional type of restaurant or so-called "Dai Pai Dong" (streets side food stall) by the roadside in Central. This is not a place to enjoy luxurious dining, but if you want to experience Hong Kong food in the old-fashioned way, you definitely need to try out Sing Heung Yuen! It’s true that not everyone accepts "Dai Pai Dong" food, but the feeling of sitting on the roadside and eating noodles in special tomato soup, a glass of salty 7-up with lemon and other traditional snacks will truly change your mind! Nowadays it is hard to find Dai Pai Dongs in a modern city, but once you try it, you may fall in love with it.
