Doufuhua is one of the most popular Chinese desserts. It is a kind of traditional dessert made with tofu. Ready-made Doufuhua is stored in a wooden bucket and served in a classic bowl with powered sugar or syrup. Their Doufuhua is very famous in Tai Po because it is very delicious and smooth. But only limited portions of Doufuhua are sold each day, and sometimes they are sold out before sunset. For this reason, if you want to try Granny's Doufuhua, remember go much earlier.
