Review:

On Lee Noodle Shop is very famous in Shau Kei Wan, notably for their Fish Fillet head rice noodles. Fillet heads are the two ends of the fillet, therefore it is more rare and delicious. Also, the chilly sauce in On Lee is very savory and spicy. The chilly sauce is made by their own unique method. You could never stop even it is so piquant. There is always a long queue outside the shop even when it is not the peak or lunch hours. I hate to wait such a long time, so I usually buy a toast with condensed milk and butter for breakfast. The butter and condensed milk is totally melted on the toast. It is very tasty and is well-known among the neighborhood. Since On Lee Noodle Shop is so famous and popular, they have opened two more shops nearby the original address.
