The Guide南記飯店 Nam Kee RestaurantInformation:
Review:Nam Kee is one of the oldest and best Chiu Chow restaurants in Hong Kong. Chiu Chow food is famous for their cold food, such as cold fish and cold crabs. Sounds weird but they taste really nice, especially cold crabs. You can order them by pointing at them in the display rack. Their "Salted Chicken" ($68/small, $98/half) is really nice too. Although it is called salted chicken, other than its skin, it does not really taste very salty. There is absolutely no fat under the skin, and the texture is very soft and tender. Do try their "Pork Bag Pepper Soup" ($48/small) too. It is hot and a little bit sour, and is a very warming and tasty soup, which is a very good idea for winter! Ratings:
