Chiu Chow style desserts are famous for their mix and match, and this Chiu Chow style dessert shop has always been famous among tourists and local people. They provide around a hundred different kinds of ingredients, varying from fruits and beans to eggs and glutinous rice-balls, all healthy and low carbohydrate. Although they have a list of suggested desserts to choose from, you can basically mix and match any of their ingredients based on your own taste and it would still be delicious. Other than local people, many Japanese and Taiwanese tourists would also come all the way to Kowloon City to taste their special desserts. In fact, there are many other special and famous restaurants in Kowloon City. So after having a nice dinner in Kowloon City, you may as well come to this little dessert shop to have a healthy and low carbohydrate dessert for a little refreshment.
