Ha Ming Kee Noodle Shop has existed for many years in Yau Ma Tei which is located near Temple Street. They are specialized in making fish balls. Various fish balls ("Yu dan") can be found and can be matched with your choice of noodle such as Fish Balls with Rice Flat Noodles "Yu dan–ho", Fish Balls with Egg Noodles "Yu dan-min", or Fish Balls with Rice Stick Noodles "Yu dan-fen". Their fish balls are particularly made by hand and not by machine. Fish balls are freshly-made daily. Chew on them and you will notice their softness and juiciness!
