Review:

"Bo Chai Rice" is a very special dish in Cantonese cuisine, especially in Hong Kong. It is very cheap, delicious and very authentic. But actually what is "Bo Chai Rice"? It is streamed rice in a hot pot with different ingredients as you like, such as beef and chicken.

This is one of the dishes in Hong Kong that you must try.

Yao Ma Tei have many different places for selling "Bo Chai Rice", and the one I recommend all of you to try is "Four seasons". They have a very original method of cooking, such as the hot pot: they use a traditional tile pot to give it a more authentic taste.

Furthermore, they have another special dish made of oyster with flour and fried duck eggs. It is very crispy and hot and comes with some homemade spicy sauces, so don’t forget to serve it alongside the dish.
