Review:

Crystal Jade is a Shanghai cuisine restaurant came from Singapore. They have many branches in Asia, as well as in Hong Kong. There are seven branches located in different famous shopping centre.

Shanghai steamed or fried pork dumplings and Shanghai noodles are famous Shanghai cuisines. Steamed Pork dumpling's name is Xiao Long Bao in Chinese. Since it is small and it is steamed in a bamboo basket, thus it was named Xiao Long Bao. The best and traditional Xiao Long Bao requires the wrapper to be really thin, yet strong enough to cover up the hot broth and fresh meat in it.

Xiao Long Bao in Crystal Jade comes with silky and thin wrapper, filled in the freshest juicy meat with delicious broth that is distinctively savory. Also, they steam the dumpling only right after you order so as to assured the dumplings are hot and fresh. However, do be careful not to burn your tongue – it is really hot inside!
